We want to hear from you! New myPay Solutions customer satisfaction surveys.
Starting this month, myPay Solutions will be surveying our customers more frequently to gather feedback. Your responses will help us improve our services and offerings and ensure we are delivering a level of service that meets and exceeds your expectations.
These one-minute surveys will be sent randomly throughout the year based on your interactions (which we call “customer support requests”) with our myPay Solutions team. Surveys will be emailed from Thomson Reuters Customer Insights.
