Process any year-end adjustments with us before December 27, 2019 to avoid additional fees and possible amended forms.

Watch for the upcoming communications coming your way as we close out 2019:

  • October 2019: Request for review of all staff names, address, and social security number.
  • November 2019: myPay Solutions year end check list, final validation of W2 shipping address.
  • December 2019: reminder to review the year end check list.
  • January 2020: Company quarterly and Annual tax returns filed, staff W2, 1099, 1095c tax forms generated and shipped through UPS.
