Important: Are you on Track for 2019 Year-End?
Items for you to proactively review now:
• Company Name and Address
• Manual payroll checks issued in house
• Voided checks
• Year-to-date figures
• Individual Tax Payer Identification Number (ITIN)
• Review retirement contributions
Items to be reported by Payroll Administrator prior to the last payroll processed for 2019 or by December 27, 2019:
• Third Party Sick Pay
• Fringe Benefits
• 1099 earnings
Request your employees review their:
• Employee Name and Address
• Employee Social Security number
Please be aware of the dates myPay Solutions is closed and banking holidays that may impact the reporting of your payroll.

Process any year-end adjustments with us before December 27, 2019 to avoid additional fees and possible amended forms.
Watch for the upcoming communications coming your way as we close out 2019:
- October 2019: Request for review of all staff names, address, and social security number.
- November 2019: myPay Solutions year end check list, final validation of W2 shipping address.
- December 2019: reminder to review the year end check list.
- January 2020: Company quarterly and Annual tax returns filed, staff W2, 1099, 1095c tax forms generated and shipped through UPS.
