You can now easily access the Help and How-To Center’s robust collection of informational topics, ranging from employee set-up to troubleshooting connectivity issues, through the myPay Solutions Direct app or the web.
The Help and How-To Center is a comprehensive resource that can be accessed 24 hours a day — so you can get answers when you need them. You can get to the Help and How-To Center through the myPay Solutions Direct app by simply pressing the F1 key on your keyboard. This can be done in any field, or you can type your query into the search field at the top of the program. We recommend saving this link to your bookmarks if you will be primarily using your internet browser.
